This says breakfast casserole but we enjoy it for dinner sometimes too. It’s tasty and filling and leftovers heat up great to have the next day for breakfast.

Ingredients
Method
- Put hashbrowns in bottom of casserole dish
- Cook meat and pour over hashbrowns
- Sprinkle cheese over meat
- Beat eggs with milk add salt and pepper
- Pour over cheese
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until top is brown
- Onions and peppers can be added if desired
