Breakfast Casserole

This says breakfast casserole but we enjoy it for dinner sometimes too. It’s tasty and filling and leftovers heat up great to have the next day for breakfast.

Sausage and Egg Breakfast Casserole

Delicious and easy

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 2 cups cheese
  • Hash brown potatoes to cover bottom of dish

Method
 

  1. Put hashbrowns in bottom of casserole dish
  2. Cook meat and pour over hashbrowns
  3. Sprinkle cheese over meat
  4. Beat eggs with milk add salt and pepper
  5. Pour over cheese
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until top is brown
  7. Onions and peppers can be added if desired
