• Any cake mix
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup self rising flour
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 cup oil
• 4 eggs beaten

Method

 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

   Poor wet into dry and beat until well incorporated
2. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a casserole dish or 30 to 35 minutes in 8 inch cake pans
3. 18 to 20 minutes for cupcakes
