Method
- Add water,sugar and yeast to bowl, add salt and mix thoroughly
- Add flour to wet and mix until all dry is wet (should be wet dough, if too wet add flour, if too dry add water)
- Cover and let rise 1&1/2 hours or until doubled
- Put Dutch oven in cold oven and set to 450 degrees
- Flour board and dump out flour
- Fold and flip lightly and pat out into small circle
- Cut 3 even pieces then cut 3 more to make 6 total
- Form each piece into roll and place on parchment paper
- Put first one in middle then place others around middle to form circle
- Cover again while Dutch oven is getting hot
- Place rolls with parchment paper into Dutch oven and bake 20 minutes, remove top and bake about 10 more minutes or until browned
