Easy No Knead Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 3-1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1-1/2 cups warm water
  • 2-1/4 tsp rapid rise yeast or 1 pkt
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar

Method
 

  1. Add water,sugar and yeast to bowl, add salt and mix thoroughly
  2. Add flour to wet and mix until all dry is wet (should be wet dough, if too wet add flour, if too dry add water)
  3. Cover and let rise 1&1/2 hours or until doubled
  4. Put Dutch oven in cold oven and set to 450 degrees
  5. Flour board and dump out flour
  6. Fold and flip lightly and pat out into small circle
  7. Cut 3 even pieces then cut 3 more to make 6 total
  8. Form each piece into roll and place on parchment paper
  9. Put first one in middle then place others around middle to form circle
  10. Cover again while Dutch oven is getting hot
  11. Place rolls with parchment paper into Dutch oven and bake 20 minutes, remove top and bake about 10 more minutes or until browned
