Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup pet evaporated milk
  • 1 cup broken pecans
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. I don’t use deep dish.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until set.
    My mother in law would double this recipe and make 3 pies
