- 1 per serving chicken breasts
- buttermilk (enough to cover flattened chicken)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt & pepper
- Hot sauce (if you like spice)
Place chicken onto cutting board, put plastic wrap over and pound chicken until flattened or the thickness you prefer.Put flattened chicken onto plate and our buttermilk over until barely covered. I place into refrigerator until time to cookDip chicken into flour and place into hot grease in panFry approx 3-5 minutes per side, depends on thickness, until crispy and cooked insideMake gravy from drippings (recipe in another post)
