cornmeal mix

vegetable oil

tablespoon
melted butter
Method
Mix all dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
Heat enough oil in pan to be able to drop 3 fritters at a time
Scoop mix into oil and fry until golden brown
